Modern Print & Design have won a substantial commercial property grant from Pembrokeshire County Council, to part fund the renovation of their building. One of the conditions of the grant was that the renovations must be done using traditional materials. So, all the windows will be renewed in hard wood, the roof replaced with slate, cast iron guttering put up and some of the sliding doors on the side of the building blocked up. Once it has all been done the whole building will be re-painted.
In addition to this Trevor will also instal solar panels on the building to help reduce the firms environmental impact. This element of the development receives no grant funding.
The actual grant is funded by the EU and Trevor would like to thank Pembrokeshire County Council for all their help in granting it.
