One on the UK’s top chip shops, Tenby’s D Fecci & Sons, has chosen Modern Print & Designs Pembrokeshire graphic designers to create their new menus.
One of the main reasons for this was the studios advise, that the menus should be printed on a synthetic paper made of plastic – something that Modern Print & Design have experience in printing. This would save D Fecci & Sons a great deal of money over the medium term because they would not be affected by the greasy environment. Indeed any marks could simply be washed off them.
Over the years Tenby’s D Fecci & Sons have been advised to use many different material and methods by other design studios and printing firms, but with no luck. Each time grease got the better of them. However, this time grees will not be able to damage the menus, because it will be unable to penetrate the synthetic paper.
