Trevor Meets Holocaust Survivor

Whilst visiting London over Christmas Modern Prints and Designs Trevor Collins met a survivor Holocaust Survivor.

Trevor was visiting Tate Britain to see the Development of British Art galleries and was guided around them by an elderly woman with an Eastern European accent. Towards the end of the tour she began talking about Conceptual Art and explained the the group that nothing shocked her because she had gone through 4 concentration camps when she was young. Trevor was quite taken aback.

Once the tour had finished Trevor thanked the women for the tour and explained how sorry he was to lean of the way she had spent part of her youth. She replied that she had a wonderful, fulfilling life and that the camps taught her that , "you had to squeeze life like a lemon to get every last drop out."
