Thanks to your support Modern Print have won the sort after "Pembrokeshire Customer Service Provider of the Year" award.
The winners were announced at a gala award ceramany staged at Folly Farm. Thank you so much to everyone who wrote in nominating us to the Pembrokeshire Busines Initiative ( PBI ) who organise the event, not to forget the Milford Haven Port Authority for sponsoring the award.
Not only did we have to be nominated by sufficient people to be considered, we also had to undergo a sight instection. During the course of this Managing Partner Trevor Collins was quizzed on the customer service systems we have in place. The judges were particularly impressed by the fact that every printing customer is telephoned after there job is delivered to make sure they are happy with it.
