Gwaun Garage are a well-established family business in Letterston, Pembrokeshire that wanted a new website designed to showcase their services. In the website they really wanted to highlight the fact that they sell and service ground care machinery from lawn mowers to tractors in addition to their car repair and sales services.
The first thing that was decided was to redesign their logo whilst still paying homage to their longstanding heritage. For this reason the website designers took the decision to strike the middle ground when creating it and presented the customer with 4 concepts that balanced the old and the new. The logo you see on this page was the final one chosen.
The website features big, bold images using the full width of the viewer’s screen to create impact and catch the visitors attention. In addition to this the web designers created a machinery listing and indexing system for their ground care products. This enables Gwaun Garage to list their machinery on the site in different categories. In turn, this allows visitors to search for products by machinery type or brand.
A “latest news” page was also built for their website that could be used to host a whole range of news stories. At the time of writing this was mainly used for listing the details of cars for sale at the garage along with a live feed from the business’ Facebook page.
In addition to designing and programming their website in Pembrokeshire we have also designed and printed letterheads, business cards, invoices and presentation folders for them. All of which they were delighted with.
