Slipscreens, a Pembrokeshire based manufacturer of motorbike wind screens, asked our graphic designers and website designers to help them with their brand and marketing.
To this end the designers set about remoulding their logo to make it look and feel more dynamic – giving it a sense of movement and speed. This was decided upon in conjunction with the business owners during a free brand design consultation meeting with our Pembrokeshire graphic designers.
In the end it was decided to add a motorbike to the text in their logo which you can see on some of the photographs here. The bike was chosen after going through several rounds of logo options and amendments.
However, due to restricted space the logo had to have the ability to work without the motorbike graphic in many circumstances. This is also shown in the photos.
When it came to their Pembrokeshire e-commerce website which we built for them, the decision was made to leave the motorbike off because that theme had more than been covered with the bike photos on each page.
What is more, the customer was delighted with the website because it has had a dramatic effect on their out of season, winter sales. Indeed, they have just moved to bigger premises to accommodate all the new work they have been winning since their Pembrokeshire website design went live.
